Automotive Wraps & Signage Disclaimer: FUZE Visual can’t control or take responsibility for how you care for your vehicle after we install wraps or signage. Therefore, we have to take precautionary measures on what we can guarantee. 

  • We do not recommend pressure washing your wrapped vehicle. Hand wash only/ 
  • We expect all vehicles to arrive in a clean condition. If this is not the case, it can delay the process and may result in additional charges. 
  • If your vehicle has been waxed repeatedly, it must be de-waxed before FUZE Visual wraps your vehicle. 
  • It is possible that you’ll see imperfections on certain hard-line contour areas. 
  • FUZE aims to have no overlapping panels, however, we can’t always guarantee this. 
  • All wrap materials are the best quality film available to us. 
  • For full digital prints only, we over laminate the film for extra fade and scratch protection. 
  • FUZE Visual are authorised Avery Dennison vehicle wrappers. Avery Dennison claims that the MPI 1105 is a supercast film durability to last up to 7 years... For more information, refer to Avery Dennison.
  • It’s the client’s responsibility to check the design, including colour, size, text, spelling, grammar, punctuation and vehicle specification.  Any changed after approve could incur further costs and delay. FUZE Visual always try their best to ensure that the colours on the screen match the colours on the wrap and/or signage. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match in colours or finishes. 
  • It’s the client’s responsibility to read through the disclaimer before booking, payment and/or agreeing on a visual. 
  • The client agrees to this disclaimer when they sign off on a final digital proof, via email, verbally or with payment and/or agreeing to work via social media and/or phone calls. 
  • FUZE Visual provides custom design and graphics at the time of purchases, and therefore there are absolutely no returns on graphics once they’re signed off and agreed. Be sure that you are happy with the colours etc. before ordering as once the order is placed, you cannot change it.
  • You can provide your own designs, only if this information is provided when asking for a quote so FUZE Visual can ensure the cost reflect the design credentials. 
  • All deposits are non-refundable, as the deposit confirms booking allocation, shop space and material outlay. FUZE Visual will make every effort to re-book any authorised cancellations, to still meet the client’s requirements.
  • FUZE Visual inspects every vehicle for imperfections and 99% of the time, we find no issues with removing the film if the wrap is removed. However, if you have a not so perfect paint job, it is possible that there can be some lifting of paint or clear coating. 
  • There is no guarantee that the wraps and signage will hold up over rusted or damage paint on your vehicle.
  • Never attempt to remove or paint over the wrap yourself. Always let a professional do this for you.
  • On certain inverted areas and body contours, you may see some lifting of the vinyl. Surface Prints will touch up those areas for free for the first year. We use a primer adhesive in inverted areas and body contours however, we can’t guarantee lifting vinyl won’t happen. 
  • Plan to leave your vehicle for 3 to 4 days with us - subject to custom booking. 
  • FUZE Visual are fully insured to produce and install work on your vehicle, but not on overnight storage. This is at the client’s discretion.
